Mega milotic and flygon, cut Zinnia, add and explanded pokeride, rematches as people have said, side quests, generally more lore/worldbuilding/ecology in the game overall, Hoenn forms tucked away in extreme biomes, more stuff to do underwater, full pokedex like a drayano hack, rebalance the type chart, a handful of new pokemon including new cross gen evos.

- Add more cities, towns and areas. Take pic related as an example.

- Make the rival important to the story, so that they actually do shit and establishes a proper connection to the player, as well as taking part in the climax in the form of taking on the Primal Legendary that the player doesn't chose, so that they fight both of them together. They also both ascend Sky Pillar with Zinnia, both become Lorekeepers and both go into space on Rayquaza's back. (like holy fucking shit I was so god damn disappointed that the rival didn't do squat shit in ORAS, and they were supposed to be your "best friend forever".) This should include Wally too, just make him important in some way. I want them to be a trio, not just a duo with their weird green-haired friend.

- Give Rayquaza a fucking Primal Reversion forme. I mean, ORAS downright ignores how the fuck Rayquaza managed to defeat Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre the first time they ravaged the planet. It didn't Mega Evolve. It didn't do fucking anything. It just "beat them". It was only on the second coming of the Primals that Rayquaza learned how to Mega Evolve. So this would fix this gigantic plothole.

- Give Deoxys a fucking Mega. I mean, it was literally BORN from the Ultimate Weapon, the very machine that CREATED Mega Evolution. It would only make sense that Deoxys would inherently have a Mega. Or maybe 4, depending on it's current forme. Also extend the Delta Episode to have a "Deoxys Chapter", as teased by the end of ORAS. Add Birth Island for maximum effect.

- Have a cutscene play if you bring the three Regis back to the Sealed Chamber, where someone tells the player about the lore of Regigigas, before it shows up and attacks, showing off a shiny new alternate forme. Maybe even a Primal forme, since it is as old as the Weather Trio and helped shape the continents.

- Rewrite Zinnia so she is less of an asshole. Judging by the Zinnia thread we had earlier today, she would actually have been a pretty great and likeable character had she not had such a supercilious attitude.

- During the story, Zinnia tells the player how Rayquaza first Mega Evolved, which it did when a giant Key Stone fell from the sky on a meteorite. Zinnia says that the Sky Pillar was built in honour of Raqyaza after this event, and that the Giant Key Stone was put to rest at the top of the tower. But when the player go there in ORAS, it's gone. It's the reason why Zinnia helped Team Magma and Aqua in the first place; she couldn't summon Rayquaza without the Giant Key Stone. So something that tells us just what the fuck happened to it.

- Include Frontier Brains into the story, most importantly Spenser, who has a Kyogre cane and a fucking Kyogre tattoo enveloping his entire arm for fuck sake.

- Have a post-game mission where Ultra Beasts invade Hoenn, and almost destroys the Battle Frontier. Anabel gets kidnapped, setting into motion the entire Sun and Moon post-game mission. In place of Anabel, the player and their rival become the new Frontier Brains; Tower Tycoon Brendan and Salon Maiden May.

- Have the whole "Hoopa Mission" actually involve Hoopa and have Hoopa Unbound be a boss at the end of it.

- Have the REAL Mirage Island appear and contain Jirachi. You know, for promotion. Also, add Faraway Island and Navel Rock too. Please. I want to go there :(

- Maybe include Alain? Steven did reference him in ORAS afterall, and after the disappointment that was the anime's XY&Z season, wouldn't it be fucking great to beat him into the ground? Yes, yes it fucking would.

- Make Contests more appealing and fun, and make it worthwhile to do them over and over again. Add replay value, basically. Also, this is basically just fanservice, but I would LOVE to see Yancy and Curtis perform with Lisia in a Contest.

- Oh, and more Megas.

- Hoenn Forms!

- Generally more cross-game references and world-building/lore.

- Include some characters from HGSS that connects the story to the post-game mission of said games that revolves around the Embedded Tower. To give some meaning to it, and to explain how the fuck Mr. Pokémon and Professor Oak got hold of the Red-, Blue- and Jade Orbs.

- An underwater city would be fucking RAD, and give the player a reason to use Dive much, much more in the post-game. This is actually kinda important, seeing as Dive likely won't ever return again for the next decade or so. Gotta get the most out of it while we can! Also add some new interesting underwater routes and caves.

- Dark Tall Grass for wild Double Battles ala BW1&2.

- Hidden Grottos also ala BW2. Both those from BW2, but also new kinds, like Hidden Caves, Hidden Groves, Hidden Oasis', Hidden Treehollows and Underwater Hidden Pools.

- Oh, and more Z-Moves.

1. Make Pokemon Contest playable online with friends; also making it mandatory to travel to each town to enter higher contest ranks. Additionally Pokemon Contest World Tournament, maybe?
2. Bring back the original Sky Pillar with cracks on the floors. I love challenges and making players angry
3. Bring Battle frontier of course, duh
5. Bring back the rare mirage island by Pacifidlog and also Pacifidlog by adding hotels/cool boats like in SUMO
6. Introduce trainer customization with battle style
7. Dexnav has to be back
8. Each Gym leader has a mega Pokemon
9. Increase game difficulty, regardless how much you over level your pokemon. The challenger will always be 2-3 levels above you.

Maybe involve Pyramid King Brandon with the Regis? Expand the tunnel under Fallarbor into an underground like Sinnoh's for the entire western half of Hoenn, and make dive have something similar for the eastern half. Then have the Regi Caves lead underground and have an expedition sideplot.
