So I just started spoofing and I'm noticing that unless I go right to a pokestop and spin it 40 times, I can't catch a pokemon without it running away from the ban.

Is this normal? Do you really have to unban yourself immediately right after you spoof somewhere? Seems kind of annoying but I guess it's worth it.

Also, can we get a list of all the maps out there?

Is there some sort of breakdown of the possibilities per pokemon per egg?

I went on a trip and left pogo on my phone, wasted thousands on incubators and hatched 32 5km eggs alone. Out of those, i basically got only venonats, paras, oddish, bellsprout, and meowths. In my hundreds of 5km eggs I've never hatched a rhyhorn, horsea, or anything useful.

I actually saw this pokestop in the village next to mine that was a garbage can with a sticker depicting a dog taking a shit. It was an actual pokéstop. The title was 'pooping dog'. My village has benches and statues that are 200 years old that aren't a pokestop, yet this fucking pooping dog sticker on a garbage can is because Ingress players thought it should be.

Since december the ''Minor text fixes'' or as i like to call them: hidden code, had been found in almost every single datamine and in large quantities.

That gave us hope for the things to come and with every new update we hope this new features and pokemons were released to the game but instead we got nothing but more to datamine.

The most logical thing for a company to do is to start to develop something and when it's finished release it but this isn't the case, they finish something and they keep it hidden and then they start working on something else.

I think that if they release all this new things at the same time which i don't have to name because we all know them very well (such as shinys, gen2,clothes,etc) they could name the game ''Pokemon GO 2'' and get a little spotlight and gain users.

The thing is that ''Pokemon GO 2 released'' is a much more effective headline that ''Pokemon GO gets new features'' . Just try to think like the casual players.

It's inherently impossible because the app gets its GPS data from the Android OS and shit like FlyGPS run with root to override the OS.

This is why Niantic banned rooted phones months ago pissing off all the legitimate rooted phone players.

That's the only thing they can do.
Short of following a person all day, it's fundamentally impossible. They could reduce cheating by reducing the benefits of cheating like by making gyms less shit and giving us a real fucking tracker but Niantic can't be assed to do that.

It's way too easy to spoof and cheaters are taking full advantage of it with multiple accounts. It's also impossible to ignore them because they occupy every gyms and you need to battle and train once you hit level 20s

basically you can get only a maximum of 1.4 km every 7:30 minutes, it's not that crazy but if you wanna open eggs and not walk it's pretty good

You go to google maps and calculate a distance from point A to point B of a maximum of 1.4 km as the crow flies. Get to point A (may be your house or whatever you want), open Pokemon Go, go to the egg page (not really required but helps to be sure the trick works later), clear your phone ram (still optional), then minimize your app.
Leave your phone unlocked on the home screen and then move with your car to point B.
When you get to point B you have to wait for enough time before reopening the app, time is 7:30 minutes since you closed the app if you're doing a 1.40 km trip, less if you travel less, you can calculate the times yourself (like for a 0.8 km trip 5:30 minutes will be more than enough).

Anyway after the time has passed you open the app you minimized and wait a second for the phone to find your gps, after a few seconds it should give you the egg kms.

If I have both the tutuapp (for spoofing) and the original app (for my main, on which i dont cheat), will I risk getting my main banned? It's two seperate accounts, one for spoofing and one for normal play.

'm wondering after 40 or so days without any sort of gameplay changes when the player base is slowly declining what the reasoning could be for withholding gen 2 at this point. It's making me wonder if Niantic ever intends to actually release a 2nd generation, or if it the early December talk was just a ploy to maintain some sort of player-base over winter when logins would tend to decline sharply.

There hasn't been any chatter from Niantic/"sources" really since late December, which generally was not the case with other major updates. It leads me to believe, as I think most do at this point, that if nothing else a release is certainly not imminent or scheduled for the immediate future.


That also worries me slightly, because that coincides with the release of babies. Now from a development standpoint, babies are simple to implement, because it's merely a change to egg RNG, and there is no impact on spawns/meta/gyms at all. But essentially doubling the spawn species, rebooting the meta, new movesets, several new branched evolutions, merged candies...Is there a chance that ALL of this talk of gen 2....was simply referring to the 7 new baby pokes??


And that a gen 2 mass-release was never actually planned due to perceived complexity?


I suspect that idea will probably be met with a little animosity and frustration, but does anyone really have an answer/solid idea as to why else they could have possibly waited SO long to release gen 2 and/or the legendaries?

It seems the game has reached a stagnation point in 2017 and the lack of carrots being dangled in front of players by Niantic right now worries me. I can't help but think they would have been teasing it much more frequently since December if it was truly on the horizon.

The Instinct here is always using multiple fake accounts. They get the fake accounts banned and disappear for a month them one month latter a bunch of accounts with name variations of the old fake accounts show up and it happens all over again. I'm about to hit level 37 and when I do I intend to power up the 15 or so Pokemon I have that are currently maxed (Level 37.5).

I just recently learned about the triple tap method which allows you to get one extra powerup per level, (which has allowed me to get some of my 'mons to level 38 rather than 37.5), and I was planning on using it to get all of my Pokemon to level 39 as opposed to 38.5.

However I've also heard that there's currently a glitch that causes the power-up button to disappear at level 39, and if that's the case I don't want to accidentally 'lock' my Pokemon so I can't power them up any more.

Will using the triple-tap method to power up my Pokemon when I hit level 37 cause the power up bar to disappear and prevent me from powering up my Pokemon any more?

Or should I just power them up to 38.5 as normal and then when I eventually hit 38 use the triple-tap method to bump them up to 39.5/40. (Can you even go past 39.5? I've heard so many different things.)

I feel that a lot of pokemon had really low cp since their attacks do not work as they should.

Yes, I am aware that they are using a formula to calculate it faithfully based on their standard game stats, but in those games, their attacks have special abilities that offset their weaknesses, most of the time.

For example, if Beedril was able to poison the enemy, it would be a lot scarier to see it on a gym, and it would be a hell of a lot more useful against, say, a snorlax

So yeah, all we ever get here are growlithe, meowth, zubat. and ekans. It's really fucking boring, and when we go to the beach, out of 150 kilometers of shore we can access within reasonable time, only a single spot 30 square meters in size spawns any water pokemon for some reason. Its not too bad, I guess. You can always count on going and running into 15+ people playing there.

Sadly, its in on top of a large rock in the middle of the ocean, near the shore. Getting there its hald the fun! High tide is the other half of the fun! Pushing someone off its a bonus!

Seriously, please Niantic, please spawn more water pokemon on the actual shore, and/or implement this guy's idea of biome incenses, because we need it!

Not that it would affect me. I KNOW we're supossed to get a pokemon every 200 meters, but I just seem to get one every 3-5 minutes no matter if im moving or not. I just took a 25 km walk (got to hatch 5 eggs and got 5 chansey candies so im pretty sure it was actually fairly longer than that) with 8 incenses and only got a few pokemon, and they were all ekans and zubat... please send help

Also, reducing the distance required for candies or egghatch. Again, because spoofers and botters are the only ones that aren't bothered by the huge distances. If "distances before X" dropped a 0 from the end of how many thousands of meters they need, the only ones to truly benefit would be the legit players.

You know, as a content creator that also happens to upload stuff really really often, i have to say that

1) Actually creating stuff everyday burnt me out after 2 years and I just had to slow down to twice/week

2) I do not think Nick is a content creator. I haven't seen him create shit. And about pokemon go, is he even level 30 yet? Isn't pokemon go his work/life/source of income? He has one job, to play that shit at least 2 hours a day, then go home and take 12+ hours to live life and edit the video.

The only real changes will be blissey joining the top tiers, as well as tiranytar. The eveelutions are gonna be, one good, one fodder.

To really inject life into the game, what they need to do is to add the proper special effects of the attacks, and/or rebalance the attacks.

Right now machamp is a joke. Has good cp, but shit attacks. If they dont want to rebalance karate chop, they should seriously boost machamp's attack speed animation because right now its a joke.
