By my calcs it's closer to base 275 when fully invested. 5 hits at 50% power each gives a total multiplier of 250%. A fully invested base 80 stat has an actual value of 259 at level 100, so this super-Vespiquen is hitting as though it had an actual attacking stat of 647.5. Subtracting 99 points (EVs, IVs, flat 5 points that everything gets) from that and dividing by 2 yields the effective base stat of 274.25.
Vespiquen is now a Trick Room nuke.
