Give Mew Geomancy. Then use Z-Geomancy. It already learns Psyshock, Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, and Ice Beam, most combinations of which give it perfect coverage. It becomes like Porygon-Z Part Deux.

Here's better question: What if Mew or maybe Smeargle could copy abilitties with Sketch? What would be the second best ability to put on them (best is Wonder guard, obviously)?
