I think the sprite's walk cycles had their arms too far out. On one side the arm could rest comfortably on the bag like with Hilbert's model, but the other arm seems free floating for symmetry and just looks off. On Nate it's more noticeable since his bag is behind him rather than on his side. A sprite closer to Hugh's arm position would have been the best.

I know it's a nitpick, but I always notice it when playing BW/BW2 when all the other mainline games protagonists have a more relaxed arm position at their sides.

Zekrom: Hilbert

I always thought that Black and Reshiram made more sense. Even on pretty much all manga adaptations of the games, Hilbert has Reshiram and N has Zekrom

You're right. You have to meet and battle one of them after getting the 8th badge and before you're allowed to surf east of New Bark Town to head for the Elite 4. I don't think the Lugia or Ho-oh fight was mandatory in the originals which may have been what that anon was talking about.

So basically it boils down to which set of games is canon regarding the box legendary encounter: Gold/Silver or HG/SS. I stick with HG/SS as canon due to the Celebi event and how the character Silver had an episode of Generations dedicated to confronting his father Giovanni after he left the Viridian gym.

Yeah pretty much. I played Black first but the idea of Zekrom going to N didn't really stick with me since N's design seems to mirror Reshiram more with the predominantly white/lighter colored attire and his hair being more "fluffy' for lack of a better word much like Reshiram's fur.

There's also the N Nedoroid that matches him with Reshiram, an intro of the anime that features N in front of a mural of Reshiram, the Black2/White2 trailer with N on Dragonspiral Tower and a shadow of Reshiram flying over him, and most recently, the Generations episode that features the two of them and even Hilbert showing up on Zekrom.

It's interesting how the White/White2 canon takes precedent since they're the secondary titular games of 5th gen, but the gen overall was about doing things differently so I'm cool with it. I just started the B/W Adventures manga recently so I'm interested to see N with Zekrom in this universe.
