I've just autistically reset for dozens if not hundreds of these gift pokemon, restarting my alt game every month. Sync doesn't work for mystery gift event legendaries. I tried.

Are these guys EV trainable? Theyre at level 100 when you get them so they cant level up after training. Do their stats get adjusted after training?

As of BW, evs are recalculated at the end of battle as opposed to on level up, you can freely ev train at level 100.

If you want the most brainless way of training these mons, reset just for nature, import to SM after teaching any move tutors they might need. Bottle cap them, and use Pelago for evs.
