It would have infinite because that's how the move relearner works. As of Gen VI, once you've gotten a move via level-up, breeding, or event, the move relearner can reteach it if you've forgotten it. Knowing this, I still want a Sketch Mew event.
Also for Silvally, 95/95/95 base defenses are solid as fuck, what are you on about? Not having recovery is what kills it, add Roost TM access and it's fine.

Off the top of my head, Scyther, Sneasel, and Kadabra become viable. Someone else came up with an offensive Eviolite version that also boosted Speed, in which case Haunter joins the club as well (and Kadabra directly outclasses its evolution AND its evolution's Mega)
