Being the cutest of Kanto starters isn't exactly a big achievement.
Personally, I think Blastoise is much cooler, having the shell for defense, and the cannons as offense.
And I think Zard is the best of the three still, so I disagree there too.

Squirtle = Charmander = Bulbasaur in terms of cuteness. It all depends on what color you prefer. I like blue and red, so Squirtle and Charmander for me.
