I thought they made it so that non beast balls take a penalty on ultra beasts the way beast balls take a penalty on non ultra beasts.

They're all lowered to regular pokeball catchrate, which still isn't bad considering the UBs have catchrates as high as 1/3 and even the hardest to catch isn't as low as a legendary.
