How many elite four run-throughs does it take medium-fast pokemon

Festival plaza, rare kitchen 5* x 2, level your poke to level 66, buy rare dinner from both stalls. Then buy rare buffet from both stalls.

Now you have a level 98 in less than 2 mins. Then either throw it to pelago or train them by hand or whatever you want but you have basically your level 100 there.

Best method is to level up the Pokemon normally to level 66 and then use two Rare Kitchen 5 stars to bump your levels to 98. Use the (almost) infinite FC trick to gather tons of FCs to pay for the Rare Kitchens (ask people in your Plaza if they have them) and the meals. Here is a guide (inb4 leddit)
