Which Pokemon are the best users of Z-Moves? In Singles, Doubles?
Also, Z-Weather and Z-Terrain setting seems pretty promising, but who would use them the best?
Not quite sure about Doubles, but there are some good things in singles. First thing that comes to mind is Z-Conversion Porygon-Z
Z-Weather have some nice sets like Z-Sandstorm SD Garchomp or Z-Rain Dance Rotom-W/Xurkitree

I imagine Z-Moves are pretty good in doubles considering that they hit through the omnipresent Protect.
Also, wouldn't Z-weather be good in doubles due to the relative shortness of the games? You don't need damp/smooth/heat/icy rocks in doubles as much.

Isn't white herb better though? Two turns of stat boosting and they'll have switched in a counter and/or attacked
Eevee Eeveeium Z with baton pass together with u-turn and mat black Greninja is really fun. Pelipper can also be used as something to u-turn in since +2 in everything surf in rain from Ash-greninja OHKO pretty much anything.

Z-Hypnosis is generally a better move for Xurkitree.

You can also put a Z-move on some random mons as a one-time STAB nuke if you don't want to be missing an inaccurate move.

Z Destiny Bond is my favourite Z move in doubles. Become center of attention, get killed, take down one of the opponents - or - use it with a ghost move and inflict huge damage. Gengar is a great user of this

Absolutely. Especially because Z moves don't boost the power of Acrobatics, you're much better off using White Herb.
Fwiw Z-Hypnosis Xurk is very hit or miss. Z-Electric Terrain is superior

White Herb accomplishes the same thing after 2 turns with the added bonus of boosting Acrobatics.

100% accurate sleep that almost always forces a switch is pretty good. Just don't try to do it on something that normally carries a Lum Berry.
Z-Burn up helps give you two massive hits

It stays at 60% accuracy, even as a Z-move. That is why it is still risky.

You only hit for 25% damage through protect so it's really not good to burn your Z-Move into it.
Generally, VGC Z-Move users are things like
>Salamence Devastating Drake (Draco Meteor but stronger and with no -2 penalty)
>Garchomp Tectonic Rage (Single Target high BP Earthquake)
>Tapu Lele Shattered Psyche (Big boy zone nuclear blast)
My personal favourite is Rain-Boosted Water Bubble Araquanid Hydro Vortex Z-Liquidation because it can oneshot any Celesteela build ever
