Band weav is bad rn. Ditch brick break for poison jab, since BB/low kick was mostly for ttar who is practically nonexistent. Put icium z on fini if you're using haze; it fully restores fini's HP. Specs koko is kind of questionable. You might be better off with a life orb and roost over grass knot. Volc seems out of place, but I used a volc on my rain team back in gen 5 so idk. Pelliper might be better with a damp rock, but I think lefties are fine here. Hope I helped.

Swap Powerwhip with Gyroball on Ferro. It's more useful 80% of the time.
That Weavile really should have max speed and attack investment.
Volcarona should be timid with max speed and special attack if you want to reliably sweep with it. Should also replace roost with giga drain so that bulky waters don't end your sweep.

This is my current Battle Spot Singles team in SM. It's okayish, I'm usually 50/50 on win/loss. This was made before Bank though so I don't know if Bank mons are an option now. My biggest problem is probably Muk not seeing much use and only being able to use one Z-Move a match fucking with Pheromosa. Might go Life Orb on her. Any suggested changes? All opinions welcome.
Sorry for not rating any other team, I'm not great at this and rarely build my own teams.

Replace King's Rock with a White Herb as the lowering of your defenses isn't worth having flinch chance. Maybe replace Explosin with Razor Shell for stab and defense lowering for other moves.
Muk isn't too bad, I prefer to go stockpile and swallow with a leftovers but this is okay I guess
Don't see the point in normal Z unless it does spooky shit with Conversion, fine Porygon Z otherwise.
What the fuck is your Pheromosa, anything else can replace Ice beam, don't make your glass even weaker. Life orb isn't a bad idea but an 130 power stab move getting Z powered sounds scary.
No problems with much else, not sure if Koko is the best for what your doing with it.

I'm not that guy, but that is literally the standard Pheromosa set, except they usually run Naive over Hasty.

I've been running this team in Showdown the past few weeks and it's gotten me a couple of wins. The only thing that's really dumb about it is Incineroar being turned into a speedster, but he's been doing me a lot of good. One Flame Charge and he generally outspeeds a bunch of pokemon. Another one and he pretty much outspeeds everything.

Also Assault Vests everywhere, but that' just my crutch item when I don't know what to give anyone.

Actually, I don't really have problems with those types. Closest I can think of is rain teams, and that just results in an ol' fashion Weather War.

I do have a lot of trouble with Landorus and Celesteela. Greninja's my only hope with the former.

No. Power Whip is better. Ferrothorn's job is to set hazards. Power Whip lets it beat Fini and Excadrill. Latios isn't relevant as a Defogger anymore, so you don't need Gyro Ball.

Idk why it shows Ferro's EV's on basically all of them, I fixed those now. I'll try Icium-Z on Fini, but I'm keeping Brick Break and Band on Weavile because I'm scared of Chansey. I also like Power Whip better on Ferro. I'll definitely swap Roost for Grass Knot on Koko, I just kind of put that there because I didn't know what I wanted. I'll also try out Giga Drain on Volc, but I really like the basically guaranteed recovery I have right now. I did have a bulkier set (not the one in OP) that I pulled straight out of gen V, but I'll try max SpAtk/Spd. Thanks everyone.
