I've always been on the fence about this (because I have a feeling it would invalidate more Pokémon than help,) but I'd be on-board for it, to be honest. It might catalyze more rare type combos, too, and it would definitely be a boon for types that are uncommon in the first slot, like Flying.

Garchomp would still outclass Flygon by a mile
