FYI, your pic related only exists in Sun/Moon, if you want to see her (you can fight her in Moon's post-game). Other than that, >>31573066 lists the best non-remake of each generation, but as for the best games, the general consensus is Emerald, HG/SS, Platinum and B2W2. As for where you should start, most people will tell you to start with FR/LG (and imo you should play FRLG over RBY and HGSS over GSC, but to each their own).
