If you have an ORAS game, you should breed two or three decent mons to send forward.

also feed your mon 2 rainbow beans and 1 pattern bean for max affection. Crits every other hit, surviving with 1hp and cleansing statuses. On top of it use and x def/spdef etc. All of these things require little to no effort.

I didn't use the exp share either, so I just kept losing to the elite 4 until I could win

keep in mind that if you save after beating 1 elite four and then soft reset after losing, you're cheating. you have to beat them all in a row without saving
