Do the same as most people do: go to a forum (or /vp/'s Wi-Fi General) and ask for a trading. That's how I got a HA Gligar before buying Y Version.

Here's what you do
Get a male Sylveon with Cute Charm and Skill Swap (learns it at level 25)
Get 100 points so you can do Island Scan
Save
Island Scan
Run around with Sylveon as your lead so you can find a female Serperior much more easily
Use Skill Swap to see if Serperior has Contrary
If it doesn't, soft reset until it does
Start breeding a ton of Hidden Ability Snivy until you get one with the nature you want

It takes like 30 minutes
