I dunno I have pretty good experience with mine. Flash Cannon deals with Ice and Fairy types, Dragons are trumped by Dragons. U-Turn the fuck out when Bug or Fighting show up, I guess. I think it learns U-Turn.

Hydreigon is perfectly fine. Don't fall for the "BL/UU means it's shit" meme.

But how does hydreigon deal with faster mons that are very common, such as tapu koko and garchomp. Hydreigons speed really hinders it

You switch out and let its teammates handle those mons.

Hydreigon is actually fairly good in the current OU meta. Not amazing, but better than people might think with the whole 'omg weak to fairys' thing.

Dark Pulse is extremely spammable, and can clean lategame. Specs, Scarf, Life Orb Roost + 3 attacks, it's got options.

Also, Hydreigon is fine. He still has a unique offensive typing and a good set of resistances+bulk that makes him an easy fit in many doubles teams. He's only not used in VGC now because Deino isnt in the Alola dex. He was everywhere in 2014 season and saw a fair bit of use in 2015 season.

Scarf hydreigon always destroys everything for me on battle spot. Many people think it'll get outspeed and dont change but its never the case and i OHKO their chomps with draco, ninetales with flash cannon and so on
