I have given myself every item 99 times, injected all clothes and gen every single mon and I use with pkhex and I didn't get banned.

Probably because they did something stupid like not unchecking Marshadow from the Pokedex before going online.

I would imagine it's something like that. Just people being dumb. So they just need to delete the game and the ticket and then put in the modified save file back in.
