What do you think about the foodchain in the Pokemon world now with what SM introduced. (e.g. Sableye and Gabite competing for Carbink, Toxapex preying on Corsola.)
I dont undersand Carbink. It's a fairy so why doesn't it just use a fairy move on one or the other?

>doesn't learn a single fairy type move until level 50
>all wild Carbink are below this level
There's your answer.
>>31541603
>50 attacking stats
>Weak shitmon Lumineon eats Starmie
Bullshit
>>31541654
but Starmie doesn't give a shit
>gabite doesn't even live anywhere close to carbink
I get they wanted to go the Fafnir route but it gets stupid.

They're wild animals. They're stupid, and act on instinct. You might as well ask why all the gazelle don't organize and just kill all the lions.

>lions don't even live anywhere near turkeys
>if you put a turkey near a lion, the lion will eat it
>>31542014
And of course, if you open an encyclopedia and look for lions you'll find stuff like "turkeys are part of their diet"
Do lions in the wild hunt turkeys with any frequency worth mentioning?
It's always existed (e.g. Pidgeot eating Magikarp) but it's cool to see them come up with new, more interesting stuff.

Starmie's natural learnset is pretty awful. Since Lumineon has Storm Drain pretty much all Starmie can do is spam Swift + Confuse Ray.
