It outclasses regular Heracross and no one will want to use their mega slot in OU for Heracross.

And Megacross isn't legal in official formats and, by extension, most Smogon formats.

The post bank meta has been on Showdown for 3 months. Buzzwole is higher than M Hera on the ranking

They're stats aren't similar at all. Buzzwole's immense physical bulk and access to recovery sets it apart from Heracross. Heracross is only worthwhile as a mega anyway and there are better megas to use which helps Buzzwole's splashability on a team. Buzzwole is the much preferred option.
