There's a reason why this doesn't exist. You would need to increase the chance of thawing to 25% to make frozen equal to asleep.
Of course I'm still waiting for poisoned to lower a stat to make it equal to burned, so I wouldn't put it past GF to introduce another must-have move to the meta.
