Machamp's HA is not No Guard, and Ability Capsule don't work on HA Pokemon.

In Generation 1 games, the Machop line can learn the move "Fissue" by TM. Fissure is a one-hit K.O. move, but has 30% accuracy. Machamp can have the ability "No Guard", which guarantees all moves hit regardless of accuracy.

Therefore, people thought they could transfer in a Machamp that knows Fissure and, since it can probably have the No Guard ability, it could essentially one-hit K.O. nearly anything.

Except it turns out that Pokemon transferred from gen 1 games will always have their hidden ability, so a Machamp transferred from gen 1 can only have the ability Steadfast, never No Guard. And since it's the Hidden Ability, you can't use an Ability Capsule to change it. So a lot of people who wanted an "unstoppable Machamp" are now incredibly disappointed.

It's kind of a bullshit move. As far as I know, every other Gen I pokemon except for Beedrill could get access to its HA in other ways. So making them all have their HA was pretty fucking pointless.
