Gave it a try. Previously I'd been using a version of JKSM that used Pokebank as a bypass, and that still seems to be the only way it will work for me. Even using this latest version of JKSM gives me red screens if I directly select Sun or Yellow.

You need to update the homebrew launcher on your 3DS then.

Head over to http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ and redownload and install the homebrew starter pack, or at least just the homebrew launcher menu executable (boot.3dsx, on the root of your SD card)
Once you do that, JKSM should work with everything.

Can someone help me find the error in this Keldeo? It's for a friend. In Omega Ruby I've injected the Wonder Card event for it and the only things I did were change the IVs and Nature around so everything SHOULD be right.
When I transfered it over to Moon through Bank, it didn't detect any errors, but when I tried trading it to her, it gave me the error "You can't trade this Pokemon because there is a problem with this Pokemon."

So again, can someone find out what exactly is wrong with it?
