Nope. Cubone, Exeggcute, and Pikachu will always evolve into their Alolan forms in SM regardless of what game they came from. The only way to get the original forms is to evolve them in a previous game and then transfer them.

Ok I just messed around and found what happened. I didn't have YellowVC on the SD card that has Sun/Moon so I downloaded there as well. Downloading or just starting up the game (without even saving) corrupts the saved game if you start it another SD.
