The alien dude uses the same overworld model as all the Mr. Bondings. I think when he talks about those "star pulses" that he, "entrusted to a group of wonderful men," he's talking about O-powers.

So, let me get this straight.

>There is this dude, some alien being, who descends down to Earth in the company of a Solrock/Lunatone.
