I don't think the Bank update is actually out yet, if it were surely someone would have reported on it by now. It's more likely they've prematurely updated the online hack filters to allow Bankmons and the update will go live later in the day. The ones on the GTS are probably hacked. And just because Hong Kong gets it today doesn't mean we will, remember what happened last time.
