There is a certain Pokemon Youtuber called Verlisify that /vp/ hates with a burning passion.

He posts strategies for different pokemon, but some of them end up being batshit retarded, case in point when he put an Assault Vest (an item that boosts Special Defense, but only lets you use attack moves) on Goodra and then gave it Rain Dance, which isn't an attack move.
