This is how you actually fix the Kyurems. Bad typing makes up for the insane power, and for heaven's sake they were supposed to almost rival Arceus in strength lorewise, it's a travesty that their signature moves are so terrible, and that Kyurem-B isn't even uber.

Nah. It still has bad typing, and doesn't need Ice Burn as bad as Black needs Frost Shock. Black would benefit more from this, which would actually make it shit, since it would get kicked upstairs and never used again.
White would still just have specs or a scarf slapped on it, and be used to scare the shit out of Lugia. The only difference would be that now it would be harder to counter, since specs would probably eat whatever swapped in, while scarf would double-tap it.
