Unless it's raining, a lot of things can take a hit from it. Even in Rain, a lot of the main staples OU can take a hit. To put it simply, and SpD wall is its nightmare, since it's limited by Specs. A Tyranitar with max SpD EVs can take a Hydro Pump from it and one shot it.
