4SP.DEF is to stop download porygon getting a special boost.
Min speed lets you stay in shield form while the opponent attacks. You can also have 1-2 speed ivs to outspeed other min speed aegislash.

Most people seem to use a special set with shadow ball & flash cannon, so physical can catch them off guard.
