The only Pokemon you get at that point that Skuntank can't scratch is Probopass.

Toughest does not necessarily mean tough. If you have three shit Pokemon - with BSTs of, say, 300, 320 and 360 - then they're all shit but the 360BST is probably the strongest (despite not necessarily being strong).

I totally understand that you're speaking relative to Pokemon, but her being the toughest in this context is still not the case when you can down half her team and Garchomp with Ice Beam alone (a coverage type that most people should have by the end of the game).

If we're leaving it to champs, I struggled with LG Blue more so than with any version of Cynthia. Though that may have been me being shit back then. Certainly BW Ghetsis is more difficult in general.
