Why does Volt Tackle have recoil? Pikachu still isn't very good. Buff both Volttackle and Wild Charge to have no drawbacks. Pikachu isn't even a physical attacker most of the time for fucks sake. It need a damn good physical move and electric Flare Blitz isn't really enough.

His physical attack stat is higher than his special. And its movepool can go either way.

But I agree, Volt Tackle shouldn't have recoil seeing as its already fragile. Then they could make a new electric Double-Edge for mons like Electivire and Luxray. Take off 10 or 20 BP in exchange for getting rid of the recoil.
