I love the art and the story of this doujin, but I'm not sure if I like the interpretation of Red they've got. Feels a bit similar to Ash even down to being paired with Misty and not the more stoic, calculating autistic badass that Red is in the games.
But I suppose that it's more imaginative and easier to write than to just make him a Jotaro clone and call it a day.

Look man, I said I liked it, but it's a bit far from the games than I usually like. It's an interesting story in it's own right anyways, just a little underwhelmed by some of the Ashnime influence.

Seeing Ethan/Gold was pretty cool though, not going to lie.
