They're piss easy to get. I'm still sitting on like 10 silver and 3 gold caps, and there is nothing worthwile to use them on. The problem isn't the caps, it's the grind to 100. I'd rather do Le Wow or Blissey bases than grinding fucking FC, because at least those involved playing the actual game.

Blissey bases can get a pokemon from level 1-76 in under an hour, and you can carry a whole team to level up at the same time. I'm pretty sure that's impossible in SM

This also helps immensely when using Isle Aphun to get rare treasures as you attempt to get any Gold Bottle Caps. Regular Bottle Caps are probably more worth getting if you KNOW for sure that whatever pokemon needs Hyper Training doesn't really need too much maintenance.

Easiest way I have found is just Blundertrade a few boxes of mons and speak to guy on the right hand side twice (first time to collect 2 FC) to ask what facilities they have. Registered 2 or 3 people with the 5 star kitchens pretty quickly. Got a few of the the higher level Treasure Hunts too. Just got to spend an evening doing the missions now I've saved up loads of tickets while I have been working away with unstable internet.

Bonus is once you have a bunch of boxes full of shitmons from wonder trading you can farm PP Up/PP Max reliably from the lotto on a daily basis.
