What is currently the most OP Z move? I'm leaning towards

Z-Mirror move is fine but if you don't predict well enough and use it on a switch, it's basically just a swords dance that takes up an item slot.

Z-conversion, and any Z-move that raises all stats for that matter, are probably the best Z moves to use.

I wonder how that raising all stats thing is treating Gourgeist, Trevenant, Xerneas, Smeargle and Pyukumuku. Haven't seen anyone using Z-trick-or-tread, Z-forest's curse, Z-geomancy, Z-purify or Z-sketch despite they raise all stats by 1 too. I guess Z-conversion is just that good.

Z-Trick or Treat followed up by shadow ball works, sort of, but gourgeists stats are too lackluster for it to be a good way of doing things.
Z-purify is a joke
Z-Geomancy prevents you from using White Herb so it's unfavorable.
Z-Sketch is another joke

Smeargle's stats are terrible anyway. On top of that, you'd have to sacrifice the focus sash, meaning it will likely die before it can pull off Baton Pass.

supersonic skystrike salamence is very scary to go up against. landorus and dragonite are also good users of it, but mence in particular can bulldoze if you give it any freedom to dance up
