What on earth makes it ever remotely connected to the electric type? It learns no electric moves outside of hidden power. It also isn't that great of a type defensively since electric covers none of grass's weaknesses and removes its resistance to ground, which is one of Tangrowth's selling points.

I feel Accelerock is reserved for Lycanroc because of its fast reactions.
If Archeops would get it, there's not reason any other Rock type shouldn't get it too.

Shore Up is literally collecting sand, a thing neither Steelix nor Rhyperior actually do. Hippowdon would be a better fit.

Steelix and Rhyperior are both diggers. Makes sense to me that they would collect sand and use it as they wish.
It's not like they can't learn a number of other Sand and Mud based moves. Steelix in particular even has the Mega with the Sand based ability. Seems like a good fit.

Accelerock is basically about being fast and hitting hard (with contact). This seems to fits Archeops perfectly imo. Not many other Rock types are fast like Archeops (only Aerodactyl iirc).

Tangrowth has rock slide.

The only reason tangrowth was OU last gen, and can probably hold it's own this gen is because OU was taken over by powerful ground type physical attackers, which tangrowth can tank and hit back decently. If it took neutral damage from garchomp's/excadrill's earthquakes, it would be awful

Geomancy, literally "Earth Divination". Still kinda miffed that that name wasn't given to a Ground-type move. Jap name is Geocontrol, so still Earth-based.
Not even a big Claydol fan, the name of the move just fits it. Could also go to Zygarde, Landorus or even Whiscash it learns Future Sight but the former two don't need any help and the latter wouldn't be helped enough.

No clue about what should learn Oblivion Wing, outside of Vivillon for those 666 memes.
