This. They are slower than Garchomp, so your only chance is that Garchomp misses Dragon Rush. Not even Giratina's defenses are good for that

Dialga and Palkia used to look so stupid when they were first revealed but now they're two of my favorite legendaries. Funny, somehow.

Remember Garchomp is level 65 in DP and it will be faster than Palkia unless it were on 68. Natures affect the outcome too. You really must be bored to level it up to that

You can literally pick up 2 of every single X item in the games without having to buy them, buying them is definitely rare, I started buying them in ORAS just so I could sweep with one Pokemon, there's too many money boosts nowadays

I soft resetted Pearl a bunch of times just so I could get a Modest Palkia, at the time I think I had Palkia at level 60 while Infernape at level 63
and as soon as i had to deal with Garchomp I instantly popped an X Defend and used several Full Restores until Garchomp missed or used another move all the boosts + high crit ratio let me 2HKO him after Cynthia used the Full Restore

I just used an X Speed and an X Accuracy i had in my bag and swept with the Serene Grace Air Slash Togekiss she gave me
