just beat Moon, can someone tell me why there is like 30 minutes of unskippable cutscenes at the end and billions of hacky storytelling cutscenes shoehorned in a pokemon rpg game.
I don't understand. I've only been away from the series for a few years but is this what pokemon is now? cutscenes?

Just wait until Gen 8 when the game is full on rails. No character movement, no exploration, just being moved with cut scenes from point A to point B with inbetween battles being the only interaction you have with the game.
Truly we've come this far.

Because GF is a terrible design studio that accidentally made a good game once.

My biggest disappointment with this game was that there weren't more cutscenes.
The plot finally started going somewhere and then it ended.
