This Pokemon pumps methane through it's body instead of blood, and while it remains excruciatingly cold to the touch, it belches flames hot enough to instantly liquefy heavy metals. This Pokemon's body is made of ice so cold, that any water that touches it freezes without damage.

Ability: Hydro Armor
Any water type move that hits it, barring Scald, or any water move that effects the battlefield (Rain Dance, Water Sport) will increase it's defense and special defense 1 level and do no damage.

It has access to a wide variety of Fire, Water and Ice moves, gets Shell Smash and Dazzling Gleam through egg moves, and is generally bulky. It's hidden ability allows it to have a 20% chance to cause a burn with all of it's ice type attacks.

The Venomous Pokemon

This small, brightly colored fairy Pokemon appears to be rather cute and pleasant looking...until it reveals sharp rows of teeth dripping venom in such a volume it almost appears to be drooling. Despite its cutiesy looks it is quite mischievous and loves to bite anything it can sink its teeth into.

Ability: Toxic Heal.
Hidden Ability: Venomous Fangs: Boost all biting moves by 50% and adds a 25% Percent Poison Chance to them as well.

It also has special move called Sapping Fang, Basically being a Physical version of Draining Kiss.

Can learn any bite moves, though gets Bite, Crunch, Poison Fang and Sapping Fang through level up. Maybe Psychic fang too.

based on the common european viper, apparently one of very few venomous animals that can be found in the arctic

based on my limited research: fast (they are timid and tend to run away from danger asap) physical attacker with somewhat low special attack (painful bite but venom is rarely fatal and antivenoms exist). signature move is a two turn attack. they will arrange their body in an s-shape before they bite, so that's what it'd be based on.

ability is strong jaw i guess, for the same reason as the high attack

Allursa. It's a really poofy grizzly bear, except its fur coat is made of steel fibers.Very high Defense, high Attack and Spec Defense, average HP, low speed and negligible Spec attack. Ability would be iron barbs because I imagine steel fibers sticking out all over the place would hurt if you punched it. It would be played similar to Togedemaru but with way better stats and worse resistances.

It's a sea squirt that looks like a stylized flail head. It lives in mountains and drops itself onto other pokemon to protect its pack.
Too much damage will break the rocky secretions of its exterior and reveal the soft looking interior. Its type changes to Normal after that.
Its stats are that of the stereotypical "bulky rock type," with high HP and defenses. When its HP is reduced to half, its BST is reduced overall, with only the speed increasing slightly.
