Tsareena, then Decidueye. Dhelmise might stay or not but it would fall last.
I'm not even sure how Tsareena got the usage to be UU in the first place, it's pretty shit. With BP banned Decidueye lost its biggest gimmick. Dhelmise is a decent spinner, but no recovery hurts it.

Well maybe they should then. Smogon players are mostly fucking retarded. Many of them are not even considering adapting to the metagame because they KNOW that if something powerful becomes common, they can just whine about it and eventually it will be banned. Thus, people just wait until the thing bothering them is gone and then they can keep using the same teams. The metagame never evolves anywhere because the playerbase knows that they can just ask things to be banned instead of adapting to threats.

Only Golisopod is blacklisted from discussion right now though.

Adding to this: there doesn't seem to be any problems like this on Battle Spot. There you have all the threats like M-Salamence (the Pokemon that was quickbanned before the release of SM due to being some kind of unstoppable mythical beast), Baton Pass and evasion all running around freely, yet the players seem to be doing just fine. You don't even see Baton Pass or M-Salamence dominating the Battle Spot ladder even though Smogon thinks both are too powerful to be allowed in any standard metagame. I wonder why that is.

That was very common in gen 4 OU and we all managed to survive somehow. Probably because Magic Bounce didn't exist back then and sashes were ruined by Sandstorm, which was on almost every single team.
