I don't want Ledian to be OUbermencsh, just to be recognised and boosted, even if all it got was 10+ to Attack and a gimmicky signature move.

Dustox was the only 385 BST bug not to get a stat boost (Butterfree, Beedrill and Beautifly got the 10 point boost). This makes it the only pokémon that evolved twice and still has a lower BST than a pokémon that can evolve twice (Porygon's BST is 390).
