>can't surf between islands
>gigantic areas of island space not used correctly, (for example entire power plant area)
>can barely enter houses or buildings
>towns feel more lifeless they've ever been now that we have full character models hogging up memory
>entering volcano just teleports you to top and provides a healer npc even though there was no dungeon
>whole region feels like it was designed by just looking at hawaiian postcards
>goes even further by playing out like tour of pokemon hawaii instead of you exploring pokemon hawaii, only thing missing was a sign that read "keep you hands and feet on the proper railroaded path at all times"
>trashy cutscenes every 2 steps
>came expecting evil team plot and legendary pokemon based on hawaii myths and legends, instead got crazy bitch who wants to go to the digital world and fusion digivolve into jellyfishwomon
>madwoman actually did it, but when you fight her she just like any other trainer
>can cut and paste the plot into another region and nothing would change since it had nothing to do with pokemon hawaii
>cover legendary isn't even from pokemon hawaii, it came from another dimension
>necrozma may as well have been too since its literally my moms mobile suit
>got forced into what may very well be the clumsiest growth story in entire franchise, guest starring "(you)" from the pokemon series
>all the new pokemon hidden behind stupid encounter rates/methods in their own region
>all the caves smaller than gen 2 mt moon
>nothing but zubats in caves despite there being over 750 pokemon
>nothing but tentacool when surfing despite there being over 750 pokemon
>nothing but pearls when fishing despite there being over 750 pokemon
>nothing but pelipper in grass despite there being over 750 pokemon
>double battles are practically power point slides
>removed triple battles

Its all down hill from here isn't it?
