It gets a free attack drop, it gets U-Turn momentum, it gets Knock Off, it has two good immunities, it can set up rocks, and even without attack investment its offensive stats are so high it hits decently without it.

That's the thing, I'm RUNNING a stall team and I still feel like my team would benefit from this because having the Ground and Electric immunity is extremely useful for my team and the Intimidate is useful for taking extra hits. It's also a good counter for Marowak that would typically wreck the Heatran/Toxapex/Bulu (or Ferrothorn) cores stall teams use.

Z Power Landorus is honestly disgusting and makes it a candidate for a suspect test imo; none of its other sets can be considered broken remotely though.

I've encountered one with Z-Fly before. It caught me off guard.

This is the advantage of Z moves, you can bypass the flaws of something Fly or Hyper Beam for 1 turn to get a KO because it has no other good flying moves.

It doesn't force Sableye out, it just makes it so it can't switch as often. Which is kind of pointless because the stall player can just go on Skarm and either avoid the incoming quake completely or just defog the rocks and deal chip damage to Landorus if it decides to stay.

Only by retards really. The moment its stats were leaked from the demo, most knew that it was going to be top tier. Losing Protean doesn't hurt its Dark/Water attacks at all and after it transforms its coverage moves also don't see that much of a drop in power, while gaining a lot of speed and even greater power in Dark/Water moves. Slap a Choice Specs and you've got a very nasty cleaner.
