No, you are the one using it wrong. A word's meaning changes when the majority uses it in a different way.
Chuuni and edgy are two different things. Sasuke or Silver weren't chuuni because they wanted power, and popular chuuni characters like Rikka or Joseph aren't edgy just because they pose.

Learn to differentiate between two completely different words. It might not be a JoJo reference, and he just does random poses without any reason at all, but he's far from chuuni. Stop trying to bend the definition of the word to support your shitposts.

I'll admit I was wrong to try and merge two phrases from two different languages, but Gladion's mannerisms obviously take some inspiration from chuuni. He's still putting on the loner act when we know it's not really him, he's got obviously unnecessary "power overwhelming" arm posing shit going on, he acts as he knows best for his loved ones (right as he is in this case) and looks down on others not taking shit as seriously as he does in the beginning. It's pretty obvious he'll grow out of this and cool off as he gets older.
