Liquid Voice is less useful than Torrent even in Doubles. The only scenario where it's worth using over Sparkling Aria is if you're running Burn support instead of Intimidate. Sparkling Aria is already Water-type Hyper Voice, so it can get the Torrent Boost on occasion.
