It is immune to all status conditions including sleep, and moves that induce sleep, like rest. It would be able to use slack off if it acquired it somehow, however, even if it doesn't make sense in context.

It can permanently be affected by nightmare and darkrai's bad dreams ability, and always receives double damage from wake-up slap. It would also receive double damage from hex if its type is changed.

It can use snore and sleep talk permanently, on the other hand.
