It seems that Quiet is the best Nature, because its most common set is 252 Def, 252 Sp. Def, and 4 Atk, and Attack is the stat that gets the boost from Beast Boost while making Sp. Attack usable (Attack is 5 or 6 points higher than Sp. Attack anyways)

Having 4 EVs in Atk will make Attack slighty higher than Sp. Attack. The point is that the spread is to make both stats almost the same to use offensive moves no matter the category (the stat that gains the boost depends of Guzzlord's IV), while making it bulky with 252 EVs in both defenses with a base HP of 223.
