Hold select when booting to open Luma's config menu, turn on "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code" and press start to save. Then boot your game.

I like outlines and the game itself isn't a worthwhile investment in my time; I've completed it and injecting and completing other additional components of the game are meaningless because I have already done so. After I transfer my Pokémon to SM I would have already had my satisfaction at that - and it would be meaningless to do other things through illegitimate means. Short answer; it isn't fun if I cheat. This is my first time hacking a 3ds. At this point my thought is hacking isn't bad at all depending on your reasons. If you are hacking to inject pokemon into you're game just to play around with and have fun, then it's fine. If you inject mons in for competitive play and hack it instead of playing, then that's bad. I also don't see anything wrong with emulating games not up on the eshop, then that's fine. If you are using the freeshop and basically stealing then that's bad. It all depends on what there doing.
