No. Also set battle style to set, and avoid grinding unless you catch something that's behind the rest of your team. I personally had a lot of fun with this, and it made the final battle challenging. The level jump at Poni seems intimidating at first, but you catch up quickly enough naturally.

If you are the type of player to go out of your way to seek out and battle every trainer, go ahead and take it off. You'll probably be fine.

If you are the type of player to skip a few trainers, particularly towards the end where constant battles are starting to get annoying, you might want to leave it on, or you might be underleveled for the E4.

Of course it all depends on how high of difficulty you want anyways.

I really hate the exp share in gen 6/7, but this Nuzlocke seems hard as fuck. I plan on using it for mine, you should too if you want
