All you do is go to options in freeshop and point the URL link to get the keys automatically. Then set it to auto-update. Then you can download anything off of USA, EUR, and JPN eshop that's on there (some games haven't been submitted yet though).

There are free alternatives mate. Hell, you can transfer it all out of your Pokebank into oras, then save extract that oras savefile and store that savefile on PC. You can then copy all your mons info using PkHex from oras to SM literally right now and forget about waiting for official Pokebank compatibility.

The 3DS hacking scene moves THAT fast. Just a year ago, half of this stuff wouldn't have even been imagined to be possible. People were still using Brickways and Rxtools and booting the system took 30 seconds and had a 20% chance of leading to a black screen (meaning you had to restart and load again).

Now it's seamless and you can even overclock your games, region patch to play anything (even cartridges) from other regions, play custom 3ds Pokemon hacks, and do all sorts of other fun things.

Yes. All you are literally doing is using the legit keys people upload to also be allowed to download the game yourself (so it's basically sharing exclusive access). This is why you can't get banned, because you already have access to them from the keys. The only way for them to stop it is to see that your IP has changed, and people's IP addresses change all the time.

People got banned for Pokemon because it wasn't released officially yet.

For 11.2, Plailect's guide isn't out yet. Fasthax is out, but it's in an unstable alpha. This usually means that it's prone to crashing a lot. It shouldn't do any lasting damage to your 3ds, but I personally can't 100% guarantee you that.
